David Hausman

David Hausman is an Assistant Professor at Berkeley Law School. He does empirical work on U.S. immigration enforcement, mostly using government data disclosed in response to Freedom of Information Act requests. He also co-directs the Deportation Data Project. Before joining Berkeley, he practiced law at the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project.
