Mohammed Hassan

Mohammed Adam Hassan (@mohhassan222) is a Sudanese lawyer with over 15 years of experience working on transitional justice issues in Darfur. He is the Executive Director of the Darfur Network for Monitoring and Documentation (DNMD). He is also a member of the Human Rights Defenders in Exile Working Group.

Mohammed has previously worked for the Amel Centre for Rehabilitation and Treatment of Violence Victims, assisting victims in IDP camps, and worked with Amnesty International to investigate the use of chemical weapons against civilians in Darfur. He studied law at the International University of East Africa.
