Mary Pat Dwyer (@marypatdwyer) recently completed a fellowship in the Liberty and National Security Program at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law. She is the author of a forthcoming Brennan Center report about Homeland Security Investigations. Prior to joining the Brennan Center, she was Counsel at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, specializing in international trade and national security matters.  She previously clerked for the Honorable Stanley Marcus on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Graham C. Mullen III on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.  She holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, cum laude.
