Michael P. Scharf is the President of the American Branch of the International Law Association. He is also the Joseph C. Hostetler—BakerHostetler Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. His 22nd book, Adventures and Misadventures in International Justice: A Memoir, was just published by Carolina Academic Press.
