Ethan Chiu

Ethan Chiu (LinkedIn) is a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for AI Policy and Strategy, specializing in US-China technology competition. His work has been published by Nature’s Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, the Center for a New American Security, the Atlantic Council, the Irregular Warfare Initiative, and in a U.S. Supreme Court amicus brief. He previously served in the House Select Committee on the CCP, and held roles in the U.S. intelligence community, the Defense Innovation Unit, the Council on Foreign Relations, Brookings, and IBM Research. Ethan holds a B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Yale and is pursuing an M.P.P. at the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs.
