Marney Cheek is a Partner at Covington & Burling, LLP and a Vice President of the American Society of International Law. She currently represents Ukraine in the Allegations of Genocide case and also represented Ukraine in the Application of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination case before the International Court of Justice.
