Noah Chauvin (@NoahChauvin) is a counsel in the Liberty and National Security Program at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law.  Previously, he was intelligence counsel in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  Prior to working at DHS, Noah clerked for the Hon. Thomas C. Wheeler of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Hon. Karen Spencer Marston of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  He is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and William & Mary Law School. He is also on LinkedIn.
