Brian Chang

Brian Chang is a Thomas Buergenthal Scholar at The George Washington University Law School, where he is also Research Assistant to Professor Arturo Carrillo for the Global Internet Freedoms and Human Rights Project. He is also a Research Assistant for the University of Oxford’s Parliaments, the Rule of Law and Human Rights Project, and regularly consults and travels with the Westminster Foundation for Democracy to strengthen the parliamentary protection of human rights around the world. Brian is presently reading for an LL.M. at GW Law, and graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA in Law.
