Susan Carter

Susan Carter (LinkedIn) serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Fourth Freedom Forum where she manages the finances of the organization, executing financial planning and budgeting, tracking cash flows, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. She also performs research related to the organization’s focus on sanctions, incentives, and international diplomacy. Prior to joining the organization, she worked for several years as an Audit Director at PwC and most recently as a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting at Stanley Black & Decker. She holds a BBA and MSA from the University of Notre Dame.
