Jason Calder (@JasonCalder15) is Director of Saferworld USA, an affiliate of Saferworld, where he directs and oversees policy and advocacy initiatives in Washington, D.C. and New York. He specializes in policy and programming at the nexus of governance, security, and conflict, with a background in multi-stakeholder dialogue, inclusive governance, social cohesion, community-driven peacebuilding and aid effectiveness. He spent more than 14 years with The Carter Center and supported several of former President Jimmy Carter’s mediation and dialogue initiatives. He is also on LinkedIn.
