Dr. Ted R. Bromund (@Bromund) is founder and sole proprietor of Bromund Expert Witness Services LLC and Policy Director at The Pursuit, a new NGO dedicated to opposing transnational repression. He was formerly the Senior Research Fellow in Anglo-American Relations at the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom at the Heritage Foundation. He received his PhD in British history from Yale University in 1999. He has written widely on issues related to Interpol, and has served as an expert witness in cases of Interpol abuse in the U.S. federal court system and in other courts in the U.S. and abroad. He is also on LinkedIn.
