Jeremie Bracka

Jeremie Bracka is a Post-doctoral Fellow and lecturer in the law faculty at the Hebrew University Minerva Center for Human Rights (Jerusalem) and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Heidelberg).  He lectures in constitutional law, human rights law and transitional justice. Jeremie has previously published in the Oxford University Press and the Melbourne Journal of International law. In 2019, he won the Monash Law Student Publication Prize for his contribution to Law and Memory: Towards Legal Governance of History (Cambridge University Press, 2017).
