Myriam Bouazdi (LinkedIn) is an international human rights lawyer and former UN investigator with more than fifteen years of experience as a lawyer and leading complex investigations for the international tribunals for Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia, the Syria Commission of Inquiry, and the IIIM for Syria. Her work has supported transitional justice, global accountability mechanisms and informed judicial processes on mass atrocities, including conflict-related sexual and gender-based violence. She focuses on strengthening investigative integrity and the role of human rights bodies in a changing multilateral system.
