Joshua Berry

Lieutenant Colonel Joshua F. Berry, US Army, is Professor and Vice-Chair of the International and Operational Law Department at The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, Virginia.  He has extensive experience serving as a legal advisor to operational and tactical units, both in conventional and special operations forces.
