Alyssa Bernstein

Alyssa G. Bernstein is an Associate at Jenner & Block. Her legal work centers around complex national security-related litigation, investigation, and defense. She holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a PhD from the School of Law, Queen’s University of Belfast. She has been a visiting scholar at the Institute of Criminology, Cambridge University, and an Adjunct Lecturer at the Georgetown University Department of Government. She is the author of Palestinian Political Organizations in Israeli Prisons (Oxford University Press, 2024), and a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She is on LinkedIn.
