James Benjamin

James Benjamin is a Partner at Akin Gump where he helps lead the firm’s securities enforcement and litigation practice group. Before joining the firm Mr. Benjamin was a federal prosecutor in the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. He is a co-author of In Pursuit of Justice: Prosecuting Terrorism Cases in the Federal Courts.
