Abigail Bellows (Bluesky – LinkedIn – X) is the Senior Policy Director for Anti-Corruption & Accountability at Common Cause. She previously served as Director for Anti-Corruption on the National Security Council staff and advised senior officials at USAID, the State Department, and DoD. Bellows has consulted for global philanthropies, worked as a community organizer, and wrote on democracy topics for the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She graduated from the University of Virginia (Phi Beta Kappa) and the Harvard Kennedy School, where she was awarded the Public Service Fellowship.
