Sondra Anton (@sondra_anton) is a JD candidate at Harvard Law School (HLS), and a student attorney in the International Human Rights Clinic at HLS. She specializes in international human rights law, transitional justice, and international criminal law, with a particular focus on justice and accountability for victims and survivors of mass atrocity. Before coming to HLS, she received her Master’s degree in Politics and Comparative Government from the University of Oxford, where her research examined the practice of complementarity in preliminary examinations at the International Criminal Court. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies and International Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, and has previously lived and worked in South America.
