Alexander Komarov

Oleksandr Komarov is an anti-corruption expert at the European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) in Kyiv, Ukraine and an Associate Professor at Ukrainian Catholic University Law School, where he teaches Anti-Corruption Interdisciplinary Studies and Comparative Constitutional Law.

Prior to joining EUACI, he was a Fox International Fellowship from Yale University to the University of British Columbia (2020-2021), and taught criminal law and anti-corruption at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

He holds an LL.M. from Yale Law School (2020) and degrees from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (PhD in Law, 2015; LL.M., 2010; LL.B., 2010)
