Andrew K. Woods is an assistant professor at the University of Kentucky College of Law. He holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a PhD in Politics from the University of Cambridge. His publications include: Understanding Social Action, Promoting Human Rights, (Oxford University Press, 2012) (co-edited with Ryan Goodman and Derek Jinks); Moral Judgments and International Crimes: The Disutility of Desert, 52 Va J.
