Seth Trueger, MD, MPH

Seth Trueger (@MDaware) is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Northwestern University and emergency physician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He received his undergraduate degree in Government from Cornell before attending medical school at Loyola University Chicago. He completed his residency at Mount Sinai Hospital/Elmhurst Hospital Center in New York City followed by a fellowship in health policy at George Washington, which included an office placement in the office of Congressman John Dingell. He then joined the medical faculty at the University of Chicago before moving to Northwestern University. Since 2018, he has also worked as Digital Media Editor at JAMA Network Open.
