Aliya Sternstein
Aliya Sternstein (@AliyaSternstein) is a manager of research and a postdoctoral legal scholar at Georgetown University Law Center, as well as an investigative journalist. She has covered technology and national security for Atlantic Media, The Christian Science Monitor, and The Daily Beast, among other outlets. Her writing on the intersection of public health and constitutional rights has appeared in the Stanford Law Review, Arizona Law Review, and other law and health academic journals.
