Zach Simonetti

Zach Simonetti (@zachsim1) serves as a legal fellow for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ (NACDL’s) Fourth Amendment Center, which educates the defense bar to support privacy rights in the digital age, and provides resources to help lawyers challenge government surveillance.

Zach previously worked as a student attorney in the Tulane Juvenile Law Clinic, providing legal defense for juvenile defendants in Orleans Parish, and as a law clerk at the Orleans Public Defenders office in New Orleans. He holds a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science from Furman University.
