Todd Sandler is a Chaired Professor Emeritus at the University of Texas at Dallas. He has published over 400 refereed articles in Economics and Political Science journals since 1971, many appearing in top journals. Since 1980, he has written pathbreaking articles on terrorism and conflict. In the past, he has consulted with the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and other places on policy matters involving public goods and other topics.
