R. Scott Adams

Major R. Scott Adams is presently an attorney-investigator with the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General. He previously served in the Department of Air Force’s Directorate of International and Operations Law, and was an exchange officer for the Australian Defence Force’s Directorate of Operations and International Law. He has an LL.M. in international law, and in 2021 and early 2022 he served as the Staff Judge Advocate to US Northern Command’s Task Force Liberty, which housed over 16,000 Afghan Evacuees.
