Tom Ricker

Tom Ricker is the program director at the Quixote Center, where he has worked off and on since 2002. Tom has also worked with Witness for Peace, the East Timor and Indonesian Action Network, and the Rothko Chapel in Houston.  Tom has a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Maryland, and has taught international relations as an adjunct professor at several universities including the University of Maryland Global Campus (2007-2020).
