Rachel Homer

Rachel Homer is a counsel at Protect Democracy. She previously served as an attorney in the Department of Justice’s Civil Appellate staff. She has also worked at the Department of Health and Human Services, the Senate Judiciary Committee, and on political campaigns. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Diane P. Wood of the Seventh Circuit and the Honorable John D. Bates of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She graduated from Harvard Law School.
