Eva Quinones (@em_quinones) is a J.D. student at NYU School of Law and a Ph.D. candidate in political science at Yale University, where she researches voting behavior and democratic backsliding. She previously worked for several voting rights organizations and political campaigns, and has been published in Slate and the Virginia Journal of Law and Social Policy.
