Qasim Rashid

Qasim Rashid is a Pakistani-American human rights lawyer, author, and former candidate for US Congress. He earned his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and is a former fellow at Harvard University’s Islamic Studies Program. Qasim has published extensively on international human rights law, racial justice, and religious freedom. He is a Security Fellow with the Truman National Security Project and a board member of The Peace Project. He tweets @QasimRashid.
