Peter Robinson (@PeterRobinMICT) is an American lawyer who serves as Lead Counsel to former Bosnian Serb President Radovan Karadzic and four former Rwandan government officials at the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT). He also serves as Associate Counsel for Alfred Yekatom at the International Criminal Court (ICC). He was Lead Counsel for the former Rwandan National Assembly President at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) from 2002 until 2010.

Prior to beginning work at the international tribunals, Mr. Robinson was an Assistant United States Attorney for 10 years, and then a criminal defense lawyer based in Northern California. He is also the author of a novel, The Tribunal.
