Jess Peake (BlueskyLinkedIn) is the Director of the International and Comparative Law Program at UCLA School of Law. She was previously the Assistant Director of the Promise Institute for Human Rights. Jess is an expert in international law, human rights, and international humanitarian law, and she teaches classes on IHL, ICL and digital investigations. She co-founded the University of California Digital Investigations Network in 2021.
