Aadhithi Padmanabhan

Aadhithi Padmanabhan (LinkedIn) is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where she directs the Federal Appellate Immigration Clinic. Professor Padmanabhan previously worked at The Legal Aid Society’s Immigration Law Unit and the New York Civil Liberties Union. Her scholarship addresses deportation and immigration detention, with a focus on the ways in which administrative law principles are developed, modified, and applied in the immigration context.
