Noah B. Novogrodsky is the Carl Williams Professor of Law and Ethics at the University of Wyoming College of Law. He has assisted Uganda’s Center for Health Human Rights and Development on a Constitutional challenge to Uganda’s persistent crisis of maternal mortality.
