Ian Moss

Ian Moss is an attorney with the Department of Defense, Military Commissions Defense Organization. He previously served at the Department of State as the Chief of Staff to the Special Envoy for Guantanamo Closure, and as the Director for Human Rights and National Security Issues at the National Security Council. Ian is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served as a Spanish and Albanian cryptologic linguist.
