Luke Moffett

Professor Luke Moffett (@reparationsni) is Chair of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law at Queen’s University Belfast. His work focuses on justice efforts in the aftermath of atrocities, reparations and accountability for civilian harm in armed conflict.
He is author of two monographs Justice for Victims before the International Criminal Court (Routledge 2014) and Reparations and War (Oxford University Press 2023). He is also co-editor of the Elgar Research Handbook on Transitional Justice (2017 and 2023 with Lawther). He is also on LinkedIn.
