Fulya Memişoğlu (@fulyamemisoglu) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Yıldız Technical University. She previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Refugee Studies Centre, University of Oxford and European University Institute. She holds a MA from the University of Warwick and a PhD in Politics from the University of Nottingham. Her general area of research is comparative politics with particular emphasis on the interplay between international, regional and domestic policy-making processes in the field of human rights, mainly migration politics.
