Kate McFarland

Kate McFarland is an LLM student and Human Rights Fellow at Columbia Law School. She is an International Justice Programme Officer with Justice Rapid Response. She has worked at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, on Prosecutor v. Mladic. She also has experience in international litigation and arbitration, having worked for Winston & Strawn LLP in its Paris office. Kate holds joint law degrees in common and civil laws from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University.
