Rachel Margolis is the Masiyiwa-Bernstein Fellow for 2021-22 at Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights (RFKHR). In this role, she advances litigation and advocacy to support RFKHR’s partners in Latin America, focusing on civic space and gender-based violence. In addition to international human rights, she is committed to U.S. public interest law and has worked with a range of domestic advocacy organizations, gaining experience in eviction defense, immigration law, public benefits, disability justice, and voting rights.

She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in history from Brown University.
