Sarah Manney

Sarah Manney is a research analyst in Washington DC. She previously researched hybrid warfare at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and consulted on strategic communications for the Ukrainian NGO StopFake.org. Her research interests focus on information warfare, weaponized corruption, and democratic resilience, particularly in Russia and Eastern Europe.

Sarah holds a B.A. from Stanford University in Political Science and Russian Language.
