Justin Loveland

Justin Loveland (@justinmloveland) is a freelance legal consultant in public international law and transitional justice, currently serving as Senior Legal Consultant to the Truth, Reconciliation and National Unity Commission of Seychelles. His work and research focus on complex themes in international human rights, rule of law, comparative constitutional law, and transitional justice, and he has served in various capacities at the UN Committee against Torture, Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and many NGOs spanning refugee law, international women’s land rights, environmental law and water rights, and civil rights. He holds a B.A. (French and Spanish) from Western Washington University and J.D. (magna cum laude) from Seattle University School of Law.
