Ido Kilovaty

Ido Kilovaty (@idokilovaty) is a Cyber Fellow at the Center for Global Legal Challenges at Yale Law School. Ido is also an SJD candidate at Georgetown University Law Center, where he conducts research on international cybersecurity law, law of armed conflict, and national security law. His research focuses on the ways in which international law addresses harmful transnational cyberspace activities. Previously, Ido held a fellowship position at the Minerva Center for the Rule of Law under Extreme Conditions at the University of Haifa, Israel. His work at Minerva is forthcoming in law and technology journals of Columbia, Michigan, and Duke (fall 2016). Ido holds an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
