Charlotte Kamin

Charlotte Kamin (@CharlotteKamin) is an Arabian Peninsula analyst at the Virginia-based research firm Navanti Group. She specializes in providing timely research and data-driven analysis on political and security challenges in Yemen for U.S. government and international NGO clients.

Prior to joining Navanti, she worked at the Institute for the Study of War and the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, where she focused on Iraq/Iraqi Kurdistan, Syria, and transnational violent extremism. Charlotte holds a BA in Middle Eastern Studies and Government from Dartmouth College, where she conducted research on Islamic revivalism and the modern violent jihadist movement for the Middle Eastern Studies Department.
