Yuvraj Joshi (@yuvrajjoshi) is a doctoral candidate at the Yale Law School and a fellow of the Yale Institution for Social and Policy Studies. His research is in the areas of constitutional and comparative law, racial equality law, gender and sexuality law, and critical perspectives on human rights. He has published his work in several law reviews and in media including The Washington Post, Slate Magazine, and World Politics Review. You can read his work here.
