Juan S. Lozano

Juan S. Lozano (@Juan_Lozano__) is chief technology officer at Cofactor AI. He was previously a benchmarking researcher at D-Wave. He also worked as an Empirical Studies of Conflict Research Specialist (2019-2022 ) at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. He works on machine learning, quantitative modeling, and building data pipelines to study the role of international firms in conflict. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Pure Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. Previously he was a Roach Fellow at Innovations for Peace and Development under Mike Findley, where he worked on issues related to the Colombia Peace Agreement and Chinese investment in Africa.
