Nanda Min Htin

Nanda Min Htin (LinkedIn) is a technology law researcher specializing in privacy and AI governance in the United States and Asia-Pacific. He has served as an International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Young Privacy Professional and as a Steering Committee member of the Asia-Pacific Legal Innovation & Technology Association. Nanda received his L.L.M. in Tech Law and Policy from Georgetown University and L.L.B. from Singapore Management University. He holds the CIPP/US/Europe and CIPM certifications and is a recipient of the IAPP Westin Scholar Award.
