Charlie Hogle
Charlie Hogle is a National Security Fellow with the ACLU’s National Security Project, where he works on issues related to unlawful detention, the government’s use of lethal force abroad, secrecy, surveillance, and racial and religious discrimination. He is a graduate of Ithaca College and Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Before joining the ACLU, Charlie served as a law clerk to the Hon. Henry F. Floyd of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
