Harley Geiger (@HarleyGeiger) is Senior Counsel at the Center for Democracy & Technology, a non-profit organization that advocates for civil liberties and digital rights. His work focuses on issues related to civil liberties and government surveillance, computer crime, and cybersecurity. Geiger previously served as a Senior Legislative Counsel for US Representative Zoe Lofgren, and has held clerkships at the Bureau of Consumer Protection, the Electronic Privacy Information Center, and with the Minority Leader of the Missouri House of Representatives.
