Katherine Hawkins (@krhawkins5) is the senior legal analyst for the Constitution Project at the Project On Government Oversight. She previously served as the investigator for the Constitution Project’s Task Force on Detainee Treatment and a policy advocate for the Constitution Project and Open the Government.
