Evan Harary (LinkedIn) serves as Legal Counsel at Truth Hounds, a full-spectrum accountability organization founded in 2014 in Kyiv, which specializes in documenting and investigating international crimes and serious human rights violations in Ukraine and other conflict-affected regions. In this role, Evan has contributed to analyses of attacks on energy infrastructure and FPV drone strikes, as well as case-building around conflict-related sexual violence and the forced disappearance of Ukrainian children.

Before joining Truth Hounds, Evan worked as a legal aid immigration attorney in the U.S. and, as a Fulbright Fellow in Ukraine, researched populations at risk of statelessness. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and speaks Ukrainian, Spanish, Russian, French, and Polish.
