Mark A. Graber (@mgraber_) is the Regents Professor at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. He is the author of more than 10 books, including Constitutional Democracy in Crisis? (with Mark Tushnet and Sanford Levinson), and more than 100 essays and articles.
